The General Conditions shall apply to all quotes and orders related to the provision of services and/or products by TeleDC , to the provision of services by TeleDC , to the provision of products by TeleDC , and to any agreements or other legal relationships between TeleDC and any customer resulting therefrom or in connection therewith.
TeleDC aims to promote a high level of responsible behavior in connection with the use of its Services. For this purpose, TeleDC has created the TeleDC Policies.
The TeleDC Service Specification Schedule sets out the specifications of services provided by TeleDC , and also details TeleDC obligations in connection with such services.
Support and Service Level Schedule
The TeleDC Support and Service Level Schedule sets forth the performance metrics such as service levels, response times, service windows and availability of services provided by TeleDC . In addition, this Support and Service Level Schedule defines the service credits that a TeleDC customer may be eligible to, in case TeleDC does not meet the agreed performance metrics.
